Jacob Zulczyk, screenwriter of a famous television series, has said prosecutors had charged him by relying on an article in the criminal code for insulting the head of state in a Facebook post, writes The Guardian, translates Periscopi.
I'm, I doubt, the first writer in this country has long been accused of what I wrote,” he wrote on Facebook.
In posting November 7th of last year, Zuczyk had commented on a post by President Biden for “the successful presidential campaign” saying he was waiting for “nomining from electoral college”.
Duda, backed by the right-right populist Justice and Law Party [Pis], was the close ally of Beden's predecessor, Mr. Donald Trump, who disputed the election outcome.
In Kosovo so far, it has not happened that any citizen is accused of insulting the president of the state's Facebook. /Periscope
