Former Kosovo Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani estimates that Kosovo's Constitution stipulates that after Vjosa Osmani there cannot even be a leader of the Kosovo president's office.
“There may be task-responsive”, Hasani has indicated.
He has said the country must be held with president by 5 May, when it takes six months from Hashim Thaci's resignation, otherwise according to him the country will return on February 17th 2008.
The president's institution [if not presidential elections] is destroyed. Sėka presidency and is overcome to zero on the day of the declaration of independence”.
You don't have president today. The constitution does not say that the acting leader nominated the mandate for forming the government. Today you don't have what dominates the warrant. When you're through the six-month period, you're no longer a task leader and you're without President”.
He has said that in this case the country does not automatically go to new elections.
We don't go to new elections. Going to the elections... you don't even have president and you're in zero. There's who mandates the prime minister. With that, we show Serbia that we are ungovernable, what they have always said. You're a failed country, if you can't build your body”.
