Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti during the second cabinet meeting held today, with the ministers of the new government having approved the draft regulation for the areas of administrative responsibility.

The “E know that there are numerous decisions that are being prepared by all ministries that are all urgent, and that is an urgent decision, which is the regulation for the areas of administrative responsibility which paves the way for the responsibilities we have at the prime minister's”, Prime Minister Kurti said.
The prime minister said that as a result of these decisions is due to some responsibilities that have been made in some ministers.
Finance, Labour and Transfers Minister Hekuran Murati has said he has handed over some technical issues to the administration where, due to the establishment, they have been attributed as competencies through ministries, such as the issue of the Ministry of Administration and Local Power, but these are the competence of the Ministry of Finance.
“Regarding the draft regulation that we have accepted, I have some comments that I have given to the administration so there are some technical issues that concern responsibility, that is, the ministry's competencies and because of the formation are attributed as competencies through the ministry, such as the matter of the Ministry of Administration and Local Power, but these are the competence of the Ministry of Finance”, Minister Murati said.
Among other things, he said these were handed over to the administration and I believe they will be taken into account.
And at this meeting, Minister of Industry, Trade and Trade Roseta Hajdari has said that I feel like Minister Murati has presented her clarification remarks.
And I've been sending a few comments two hours ago and I hope these comments will be taken into account and these are clear comments of the terms since we've got the entrepreneurship that includes innovation issues, so for the initial companies and there I've given some comments that should be corrected”, Minister Hajdari said.
The 08/5-005th regulation of the Republic of Kosovo's meeting arrangement, held on 22 March 2021, for the election of Kosovo's government in accordance with Article 19/6.2 of the government's work regulation number 09,2011.
Chief Prime Minister Kurti has said that under these provisions of this draft regulation the prime minister, prime ministers, political advisers and foreign advisers, cabinet employees and civil servants in the government of the Republic of Kosovo should abide.
The regulation defines the Government's functions in the exercise of executive power in accordance with the Constitution and legislation in force and competencies through the adoption of decisions with the proposal of members of government and other institutions in accordance with the Constitution and legislation in force; the adoption of legal acts or regulations, necessary for law enforcement; the discussion of problems and the adoption of decisions on other issues that it considers important under its competencies; the adoption of the decision on appointments and dismissals within its competencies; and the carrying out of all other duties and responsibilities assigned to the constitutions and legislation.
The regulation approved by the Government of Kosovo also defines composition by these ministries:

2. Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers (MFPT);
3. Ministry of Justice (MD);
4. Defence ministry (MM);
5. Ministry of Internal Affairs (MPB);
6. Health Ministry (MSH);
7. The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and innovation (MASHTI);
8. Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MKRS);
9. Local Power Management Ministry (MAPL);
10. Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure Ministry (MMPHI);
11. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development (MBPZHR);
Twelve. Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade (MINT);
13. Economy Ministry (ME);
14. The Ministry for Communities and Kthim (MKK);
