The letter was issued by the Prime Minister's Office. In congratulations, Abazovici has said he has full confidence that Kurti's personal and political experience will contribute to the further development and prosperity of the Republic of Kosovo and its people.
He has also stressed the importance of co-operation between the two countries, which will bring benefits to the citizens of Montenegro and Kosovo.
