This container is within 100800 doses of AstraZenecas vaccine that Kosovo will receive free of charge from the World Health Organisation's COVAX programme.
The vaccine of British company AstraZeneca, which has developed in collaboration with Oxford University, is said to be 76 percent effective against COVID-19.
The European Union has also promised to bring anti-OVID-19 vaccine to Kosovo.
Kosovo is the last country in the region to launch the population's immunisation campaign against Coronobrus.
Authorities have already drafted a three-stage immunization plan, which is initially expected to be vaccinated by health workers, the elderly and those with chronic diseases.
