The long list of women killed by men yesterday added a name. 44-year-old Sebahate Sopi, who was deprived of life this Sunday in one of the capital's neighbourhoods, is the next victim who did not receive the assistance and protection required by the respective institutions.
Like Diana Kastrati of Zenepe Bytyqi and the late Sopi is not a random victim is a victim of the failure of justice and institutional responsibility.
