Kosovo Tax Administration (ATK) has announced that deadlines for tax statements and tax payment have been extended and the declaration of financial mirrors.
“Based on Finance, Labour and Transfers Minister No. 15/2021 of the date 29.03.2021, the Kosovo Tax Administration, announces that the deadline for the declaration and payment of taxes is extended, as well as the declaration of financial mirrors, as required with the Tax Legislation and the Law for Accountability, Financial Reporting and Audition”, the ATK has announced.
The deadlines for delivering statements, reports and payment of tax duties are extended according to the table for these types of taxes and these tax periods:
Statements and payments made by the table's extended term in this announcement do not submit to the penalties specified in the tax legislation in effect.
For all other types of taxes and contributions, the deadline for declaration and payment remains as defined with the tax legislation in effect.
The Tax Administration encourages all taxpayers, who have no financial difficulties, to continue with meeting their tax obligations within the regular legal deadline.
