The court can't find Shukri Buy to send him to prison.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, on February 26th 2021, had issued a warrant for going to prison sentences for the former mayor of the Lipjan municipality, Shukri Buja. The Buya has been sentenced to an effective one-year prison sentence by the Court of Appeals after being found guilty of corruption for as long as she was head of the [Cunal] municipality.
Buya has been sentenced to one year in effective prison by the Court of Appeals, after being convicted of corruption for the time she had been chairman of the Lipjan municipality.
Under the court's ordinance, Bouja has had to begin serving a one-year prison sentence from March 22, 2021.
But, with the argument that Bouja has changed residence, the court had failed to deliver the ordinance to the former Lipjan leader, now convicted of corruption.
“Referring to your request, we announce that the Constitutional Court in Pristina by 2602.2021 has issued the ordinance for the US convict. for the same to be announced at Pristina's Pre- Jailing Centre with the date of 22,03.2021, for holding a one-year prison sentence. The ordinance was issued according to the reported address in the indictment, but according to the report returned by the court's handouts, the same has failed to surrender after the same was recorded as being transferred from that address”, a response to the “Law for Justice” on the part of the official for briefing at the Foundation Court in Pristina, Mirlinda Gashi.
In response, Gashi has said that the court has reiterated the decree for Buja. Under the new ordinance, Bouja must be notified at the Pristina Pre-Pristina Pristina Pristina Centre on 12 April 2021.
“Based on this court again on 25.03.2021 has reiterated the Order for the US convict, so the same will be announced in the suffering of the 1204.2021 sentence, but so far we have no information whether the same has accepted the ordinance from Gashi's response.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina, on September 18, 2020, the former leader of Lipjan, Shukri Buja, had sentenced him to two years in prison for corruption. This stated sentence against him had come after the retrial, and since in the first trial, Buya had been sentenced to three years in prison for misusing official office or authority.
