Pristina, March 31st 2021 ♫ The Constitutional Court in Pristina ) has approved the Basic Prosecutor's request in Pristina for the appointment of detention in the criminal case against T.M. and A.O. defendants. Because of the suspicion based on having committed criminal work Misuse of official duty or official authority by Article 1414 paragraph 2 of KPRK, Article 418 paragraph 1 in charge of KPRK paragraph 3, falsification of the official document by Article 427 paragraph 1 of KPRC, and K.M. and D.com. Because of the suspicion based on having committed criminal offence of documents from Article 390 paragraph 1 of KPRK and Article 323 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.

Defendants T.M. and A.O., K.M. and D. Oh. The court has assigned you the amount of detention in length of 1 (one) month for each separately, until the 2904.2021, respectively.

The detention measure was assigned under Article 187 par.1 under paragraph 1.1, 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of the KPP.

The preliminary procedure judge has estimated that the detention measure is adequate for unhindered development in this criminal case, as there are circumstances indicating the danger of being found in freedom indictees can escape from the country or hide in order to avoid criminal responsibility, and thus would affect procrastination of criminal procedure, as well as if found in freedom, the same could influence witnesses and hurt in a way prevent the course of criminal procedure, and if the same situation occurs in freedom, there is the danger of similar or similar criminal acts.

The sides have a right to complaint against this decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeals through the Foundation Court in Pristina.
