Citizen E.H. has complained against the conduct of police officials, saying they have been thrown out of tears from which they have experienced acute asthma.
She says that up to this came after police had asked her to put her dog “black bullhead” a mask not to endanger citizens.
Mrs. E.H. She claims her dog is still young to be considered dangerous.
But what does the cop who used the spray say?
The police official's report provided by Portal Kalluzo says:
The top “has been encountered on B Street with a black pithlbra dog that hadn't put a protective mask in his mouth to avoid endangering citizens. We have warned her the same, but she began aggressively rejecting”
Police officer says E.H. He had refused to show identification or any other identification device that he wanted to make a ticket to retaliate.
