Connection of Historians Requires Serbian List Declared terrorist organisation by Kurti and Osmani

The Historians League has disputed the results of the February 14th elections, until it has declared that the Serbian List has manipulated the votes of non-Serb minority communities.

Kosovo without success has carried out the election process for early elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, elections held on February 14th 2021, under the decree declared by the Kosovo Republic President Dr. Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu.

The official results, announced by the Central Election Commission, show a huge deviation of votes for not majority communities, this deviation coming from Belgrade orchestrations and through the Serbian List, this political organisation of Kosovo Serbs, establishing and promoting political initiatives in our country.

Viewing this act of anti-democratic and non-legal act that the Serbian List has made -- this is well argued with public and well-based accusations that have made political parties of non-communal communities -- and assessing that the Serbian List has violated order on the constitutional and judicial order of the Republic of Kosovo -- we ask on your part to launch official and legal procedures for the Serbian List to declare non-religious political parties in Kosovo and declare terrorist organisations.

This legal initiative, it should be taken from you, when it is known that you are the most legitimate representatives you have come out of the votes of the Albanian people, and at the same time you well represent all communities, both the absolute Albanian majority and the minorities that live on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.

It is the time of the end, to take up the legal initiative for the Serbian List to declare anti-religious political body and terrorist organisation, because its anti-state policy of Kosovo will only further deepen problems between non- majority communities and most Albanians, producing results that are devoid of will and the origin of voting of communities not majority.

The Serbian list throughout its political activity in the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo has proved to be a terrorist body, because it has always attacked our country's institutions. Its former officials, although held official duties in the Republic of Kosovo, have produced legal problems because Kosovo has not referred to you in its constitutional and legal name, the Republic of Kosovo.

So, we ask that your side be taken very seriously by the legal proceedings and the constitutional declaration and terrorist organisation Serbian List.

Through this public letter, we call on the US Embassy in Kosovo, the Embassy of Great Britain in Kosovo, Germany's Embassy in Kosovo, Italy's Embassy in Kosovo, France's Embassy in Kosovo, and the European Union mission in Kosovo to strongly condemn the deviation of the political will of the non- majority communities in Kosovo.

The Serbian political attack on the rest of the communities in Kosovo should be condemned and not supported by silence by the international factor in our country.
