The indictment against the head of the War Veterans' Organisation and the KLA, Hysni Gucati and its deputy leader, Nasim Haradinaj, was confirmed on December 14th 2020. It relies on the suspicion that between 7 September and 25 September 2020, Gucati and Haradinaj uncovered without authorisation protected information from the Specialised Chambers Law, among which identifying data of several (possibly) witnesses, in three media conferences and other broadcast activities, preventing the work of this court.
Gucati and Haradinaj have pleaded innocent to the charges. They have been arrested on 25 September 2020 in Pristina and have since been in the detention centre at The Hague.
