Haliti has said that presenting the first case by coronary on March 13, 2020, was seen as something unknown. He confessed moments after the first case in this municipality.
Unfortunately, in our municipality nearly a year ago, the first case of a citizen affected by the COVIDD-19 virus, which was then unknown not only to us but to the globe. Of course, in those moments we have reacted immediately by taking necessary measures in co-operation with relevant institutions to best manage the situation created and prevent the rapid spread of this dangerous virus. As a result of this virus had taken necessary measures in co-ordination and collaboration with health institutions and in recommendation to the IKSHPK, of course these measures have also affected the various sectors of the economy and we have tried to minimize damage in all sectors. And like any country this year we've had the loss of the lives of our citizens from this virus so I want to express to you the most sincere condolences of all those who have lost their loved ones”, he said of Periscope.
The first of the year has shown what the situation is like in his town after 1 year with the Codvis-19 pandemic.
After a year of intensive work and management of the situation in collaboration with relevant state institutions, associations, charities and all volunteers we have managed to assist the citizens of our municipality. Of course, the Coronavirus battle has not ended only for the municipality of the Year, but for the entire globe, and we hope that this battle will be won as soon as it is in the interest of health of all citizens”, he said.
Haliti has also talked about the support of Kurti government at the time and the Hoti Government, which stressed that they were not offered the opportunities they had asked for.
We have been supported, but of course, the needs and requirements have been greater than the opportunities offered to us, yet with the help of many associations, donors, businesses, we have managed to help citizens in need, whether with food or toilet packages”, Haliti said.
Meanwhile, 1268 cases have been recorded in the year, 56 have died while 1106 people have been healed.
While, in Kosovo for one year the total number of positive cases is 76.110 with 1.688 cases of death, while the total number of cures to date total 63,892 who have won the battle in the coronary./Periscopi/
