Closes 12 locals, fines 18 businesses for disrespecting anti-Convidian measures

In order to implement anti-COVID measures 19, last night during an inspection of the Food and Veterinary Agency(AUV) along with the Kosovo Police in the 127 ongoing inspections have been declared 18 fines for physical persons and 18 fines for legal persons. Also closed are 12 locals in Pristina.

AUV spokesman Lamir Thaci stressed that this regional office agency in Pristina, along with the Kosovo Police, has taken all necessary actions in order to implement anti-COVID measures 19 to all violators.

Thaci said that in either case, inspectors on the ground face actions contrary to the law have been fined.

“in the 127 inspections realised have imposed 18 fines for physical persons and 18 fines for legal persons. Also closed are 12 locals. We are determined that with all our capacities we will act to maintain general public health, no violators will be amnistered”, Thaci points out.

He adds that all citizens are obliged to respect antiCondavit measures to maintain public health.
