Citizens honor the work of Commander Adam Yashari

The mark of this great date in the history of the Albanian nation has been kept with a series of cultural-sport activities and honouring those who fell to never die.
Citizens from all parts of Kosovo and other Albanian lands have come to Prekaz for three days to honour and remember the life and work of Commander Adem Yasar and his family in the glorious battle of 5, 6 March 7th, 1998.
Astrit Beka, a citizen who had come to Prekaz for the night of the fires, said that thanks to Adam Jashar and the Albanian people today.
This is very important that during the fighting here news that we seek freedom. That is what Adam Yasar did. It has given much to Kosovo, and thanks to them and KLA soldiers, we are where we are today”, he said.
Genc Sabibai, former soldier of The KLA from Mitrovica said the Jashars' sacrifice has motivated people for freedom, where their sacrifice is being honored by all Albanians.
The “has significance for all the Albanian people, for the sacrifice they have made for the country, and all these citizens show that their sacrifice is being honored, and I think it will be honoured as long as there are Albanians on this land. I too am part of the KLA, I have been in Prekaz soldier, certainly people have been supported and motivated by the Jasaras' sacrifice, and today we enjoy freedom”, he said.
Sela Murmulaku, who had come with her family to honour the night of the fires, said she had come to honor the Jashar family.
I have come here to honor the Jashar family... The Jashars family has been martyred to protect their nation today so that we can be free, speak free, and come to this free country”, she said.
Among the citizens who participated in the Day of Fire was Mirhat Veselin from Tetovo,
“Night of fires, 5,6.7 March, are the heroic battle of Jasharts against Serbian forces, all Albanians wherever they are proud of the work of the Jasarat”, he said.
Otherwise, the manifesto started on March 5th, where first all schools in the Republic of Kosovo were dedicated to the KLA Age, the Jashar family and all martyrs and to the fall for freedom.
On the same day, solemn sessions have been held throughout all Municipal Frameworks, Kosovo's “memory exhibition Adem Jashari confessions of exploits and heroism”, in the National Library, and has been held in the KSF parade at Kazerma “Adem Jashari” in Pristina.
March 6th has kicked off at the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari”, in Prekaz, photo exhibitions, and ended with a memorial academy in Pristina.
On the third day of the manifestation, one shift has been held in the archery in Skenderaj and another chess in Pristina.
