Obilic municipality resident Izet Grayqevci in an exclusive confession to Periscope has told of an occasion that had occurred as he returned home from work in 2004. He accuses current Defence Minister Armend Mehaj of mishandling him at the time he was a translator of Norwegian KFOR in Kosovo.

Gracevci declared that Mehaj was responsible for being held hostage for up to four hours on the road for no reason whatsoever. And other charges against him have indicated on him Other cases in that district.

This resident of Obilic, who claims that the Norwegian KFOR translator is exactly Armend Mehaj, Minister of Government Kurti, has publicly demanded clarification of why he had been acting towards him at the time.

)I feel a huge resentment if the translator had a whole different mission and had a very different experience with the residents of the Obilic municipality in those very heavy days after the disaster that happened with children in Mitrovica... I'd just like to make it to the minister today who's coming to the Defense Department if there's something to tell us about how those events happened, even though I've been held for about four hours and I've been abused in such a way without having ever had a problem with anyone else, he said. /PERISCOP/
