There are a total of four hectares and 27 acres of land that, according to the directors of the Serbian Rectorate I has been usurped illegally from the space which the municipality was given to university exploitation in 1970.
So the reactor filed legal opinion from law school professors.
The latter formed a commission, led by former Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani, and the same ones raised some arguments that would help lawyers who are expected to represent university in this subject.
Puka along with UP's jurist colleagues believes that with these topics raised at university, he will be able to win this dispute, which, according to them so far, has not been dealt with with with with with with with the right seriousness.
