The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has filed charges against defendants I. B., A. G. And V. C., due to well-founded suspicion of having committed criminal acts cause of general risk from Article 356 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK), possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons by Article 366 of KPR and import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, or unauthorized sale of weapons or explosives from KPR's Article 364.
“Following indictment, defendant I. B. and A. G. They are accused of being supplied by defendant V. C. With explosives hidden in the defendant's home. B. and as a result of their illegal actions, dated 28,01.20, during the raid conducted by police officials at the home of the defendant I. B. Police officials come into contact with the explosive substance, which is activated and the explosion remains killed by a police official and two others are severely injured”, the media report said.
The same charges are that at the defendant's house I. B. have illegally controlled the “type explosive TNT” in weight of 809.1 grams and a mechanical detonator in which a light fuse measuring 63cm.
The other defendant V. C. It is accused of importing, producing or selling weapons or explosives with which it had produced explosives for other indictees, and had sold the same for 400 Euros.
