The Central Election Commission has made a decision to exempt the outcome of the two deployments.
It's a 2717B/01R vote. (whisper) and 3805B/05 R (North Mitrovica) which even after the recount results in disagreement between signatures and balloting.
On the basis of the announcement released at the CEC meeting, there are 5 more ballots than signatures, respectively.
Otherwise today, the bail vote counting has ended while counting votes from the diaspora has started for the February 14th elections..
