According to the data, there are about 32,000 conditionally confirmed ballots and persons with special needs, which are part of the counting process. So far, more than half of them have been counted.
After completing the count of these ballotings, here in the QNR we will begin with the counting of votes from abroad, which have come during the period of voting via post from February 2 to 12th”, CEC spokesman Valmir Elezey reports.
“Already, the CEC's voting service has completed the assessment and verification of the alleged package of balloting. Out of the total number of processed packages, 56 thousand and 610 envelopes of paper have been approved after the evaluation process and 22 thousand and 591 envelopes with ballot papers have been refused.
The reasons for rejection are different and are rated into 7 main groups:
• 9 thousand and 199 envelopes have been sent by persons who are not registered as voters outside Kosovo;
• 6 thousand and 665 envelopes have been sent by persons who have failed to register as voters outside Kosovo during the application period because they have not testified to legal criteria;
• One thousand and 325 voters have submitted ballot papers twice;
• 2 thousand 451 envelopes sent by unidentified voters (group vote);
• 910 envelopes sent by voters who have attached non-valide documents for identification;
• A thousand and 656 envelopes of paper outside the immediate family circle. So within a package of packages were from 84, 39, or 37 envelopes of individualisations with sheets outside the immediate family circle; and
• 385 ballot packages delivered personally to Kosovo's number 6 mail and do not contain the stamp or mail stamp”.
