Card communication: VV returns paper to Konjufca to form government

Telegraph sources within the LVV have indicated that the letter has been returned to Konjufca, already confirmed that today the Kosovo Assembly hearing will be held for the prime minister's election.

Kosovo President Glauk Konjufca's incumbent has asked Vetevendosje Movement's proposal for prime minister.
