The electoral panel for Ances and Parashtres has indicated that within the 72-hour legal deadline it will decide on appeals submitted by the MEP candidates to political subjects against the CEC decision, with which the verdict was announced the final results of early elections.
The PZAP stressed that the announcement of PZAP's decision-making concerning these appeals today will be published on PZAP's decision.
The “Candidates who have appealed the CEC's decisions to the PZAP will be announced over time with decisions related to the submitted appeals and against PZAP decisions may file complaints to the Supreme Court of Kosovo within the 24-hour deadline of their rulings, while the Supreme Court of Kosovo is obliged to make verdicts concerning the 72-hour legal deadline from the moment of their presentation to court, said further by the PZAP.
Otherwise, the decisions of the Supreme Court of Kosovo are also final.
The last big deal made the publication of several videos allegedly manipulating votes from the candidate's husband for deputy from the AAK's ranks, Melza Haradinaj- Stublla.
But Dardan Stublla, otherwise known as the husband of Kosovo's top diplomat, said such a thing is in place.
The Central Election Commission in a response last night to the news.net indicated that they are ready for co-operation with the Prosecutor on the issue.
