Buzhala: Kosovo has no opportunity to develop

Former economic journalist Viktor Buzhala, by means of his Facebook profile, has analysed the construction issue in Kosovo, saying that if construction trends are continued in relation to the increase and contraction of the population then our state has no opportunity to develop. Buzhala said [...]
Buzhala has said 30,000 houses are being built annually, while building houses are becoming more floors, leaving them uninhabitable.
Even the money that has to be earned by them up to the next 20 years is invested there. Each has made 2 and 3 houses worth zero capital, most of which are dry. The inhabited ones, they're untainted and unscathed, for Jews. This, because instead of building one house, they build three stories and they can't afford it, leaving two stories of it. For their construction, agricultural land is being completely destroyed. With this very approach, no possibility has happened to us, as each cent has been blocked. ”, he wrote.
He has also called for the intervention of economic policy to halt this momentum.
His complete scripture:
In Kosovo every year, about 10 thousand are being born. So the natural growth is about 10 grand. But every year they emigrate to the west about 22 thousand people. So we shrink at least 12 thousand people, in the meantime, are building over 30 thousand houses and dwellings every year.
Even the money they have to earn from them until the next 20 years is invested there.
This is where economic policy has to go. Any space over 100 square meters is needed at least 10 euros per meter. That's how it stops. Otherwise, after 10 years all would have been mold-covered letters. Even many of them between Pristina.
