This is not the first time President Biden has wrongly referred to Mrs. Harris. In December, during a speech about vaccines, Biden wrongly referred to the vice president as “the president-elect”.

These mistakes sparked speculations by right-wing conservatives about the decline of the American president's cognitive abilities because even during the presidential election campaign, Beden appeared to be speaking up.
His predecessor, Donald Trump, often accused Beden of declining mental ability and claimed that the Democrats would implement the 250th Parliament's Amandament for replacing Beden with President Harris.
