Celine's union with the national dardan team for matches against Sweden and Spain on March 28th and 31st was uncertain, as the Ligue 1 clubs had agreed not to release their players to join their respective nationals, fearing isolation when they returned to France
Nevertheless, Dijon reports he will release his players, including Celine, to join their nationals following a new decision by France's Sports Ministry.
The French ministry will not seek to respect the measure of seven-day isolation of players travelling outside the European area, according to the French club.
Even the double Valon Berisha and Arber Zeneli, who play for the other League club 1, Stade de Reims, are expected to join Kosovo.
The Kosovo national is expected to meet in Pristina today to launch preparations for the second qualifying campaign for the World Cup in its history.
But before being launched qualifications for the Qatar 2022 World, yellows will face Lithuania in a friendly match on 24 March in Pristina.
On Sunday, 28 March, Kosovo expects Sweden at the “Stadium, Fadil Vokrri” for the Qatar 2022 opening match, before travelling towards Seville to confront Spain.
