Beden sees July 4th as “Independence” by virus

Speaking at the White House on the first anniversary of the proclamation of the pandemic, Biden said there is light at the end of the tunnel. He said that each adult American would have the right to vaculation no later than May 1st.

Current measures give people priority according to age or health.

If we do this together, July 4th, there is a good chance that you, your family and friends will join the yard and celebrate Independence Day”, Biden said.

He added that the country would be able to celebrate not only Independence Day, but also “independence from this virus”.

Over half a million Americans have already died of the disease that causes the Coronavirus, COVID-19, and Biden warned that the war is not yet over.

Until we emerge from a dark winter in a hopeful spring and summer, it is not time to stick to the rules”, Biden said, urging everyone to follow the health protocols.

The virus's “potential and normalisation rely on national unity”, he said.

To accelerate the vaccine, Beden announced that his administration would work with states to enable vaccines in more community health centres, pharmacys, mass vaccine locations and mobile units.

Beden promised during his campaign last year that he would take immediate steps to curb pandemic and address economic consequences.

He set the goal of managing 100 million vaccines in his first 100 days in office, and the United States has been taking over 50 days after Biden took over the task.

According to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 64 million people - or 19.3 percent of the population - have so far received at least one dose of the anti - coronary vaccine. Moreover, 33.8 million people, or 10.2 percent of the population, have completed their vaccination.

Biden said the $1.9 trillion aid package, approved by Congress and signed by Congress, will help Americans recover from the coronary crisis.

The spending bill, one of the largest in US history, was passed in Congress without the support of any republican.

Republicans rejected the package price, demanding that its different elements be smaller.
