American media reports that police have arrested the suspected author of three attacks. He is 21-year-old Robert Long, who is in custody.
“Using video shows that it is most likely that the same person will be responsible for the three deadly attacks Tuesday at massage centres in Atlanta's subway area, in Georgia”, police said on Tuesday.
Two of the attacks occurred at two massage centres in northeastern Atlanta, and the other occurred about 30 miles away in Cherokee County in the northwest of the city.
It is learned that six Asian women are among the victims. Hate crimes against Asians have recently increased in the United States.
