The arrest of the mayor of Klocott: The Prosecutor Gives Details

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has announced the arrest of Kloko Mayor Bozidar Dejanovic with suspicion of vote manipulation.

“The Special Republic of Kosovo, public opinion reports that, today, has executed the Order of the Judge of the Prosecution, for checking the Klokot municipality's targets, in connection with an investigation that is being carried out to the mayor of the municipality, defendants Bozidar Dejanovic, under suspicion that he has carried out the criminal work “Cennim of free voter definition” and sanctioning with Article 210 of Code No. 06/L-074 Penal of the Republic of Kosovo (backward )). On this basis, with the prosecutor's decision on the case being put in place the arrest and detention of the defendant, Bozidar Dejanovic, for 48 hours, and within the legal deadline, will be presented to Kosovo Special Prosecutor's Pre-Procedure Judge”, the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's Community says.
