The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has indicated that the same are suspected of several criminal acts.
According to the report, these persons are suspected of misusing official duty, abusing duty or public authorisation, exercising influence, and making unauthorized purchases, possessions, distribution, and sales of narcotics.
“In today's tight co-operation with the Kosovo Police Inspectorate “in the early morning hours eight (8) persons, police officers suspected of criminal acts; “Using official position or authority”, according to Article 414 of KPRK, sx4>Kqest treatment during duty exercise or public authorization” under <56>, “impactive <8>, 424> and <24>, diss>, the sale of non-authorate and sub-contacted individuals are under arrest of individuals, according to the constitution 26108.
