Arben Gashi of Kujtim Shala left out of headship, Abdixhiku discovers their new positions

The Democratic League of Kosovo has chosen vice-presidents today, members of the Headship, Chief of the Parliamentary Group and organisational Secretary. The new chairman of this party, Lumir Abdixhiku, has announced that Arben Gashi will be Chief of the Parliamentary Group of this party, while Metom Shala will be deputy head of the Parliament.

The LDK Parliamentary Group's “Shef will be Arben Gashi, while Mejtim Shala will be deputy head of the Parliament”, he has said.

Vice Presidents have been appointed Anton Quinn, Gazmend Muharzier, Lutfi Haziri and Albanian Medici, while Imri Ahmeti has been elected to the secretary's position.

Meanwhile, the new members of the Democratic League of Kosovo leadership have also been elected.

The list of people elected as members of the new LDK leadership lacks names of some of the LDK's old figures, such as: Agim Veliu, Hakki Rugova, Ismet Beqiri, Muharrem Svarqa, Skender Hyseni, Arba Abashi, Naser Osmani and Florian Dashi.

The head of the LDK's branch in Dragash, Selim Kryeziu, remains abroad.

Agim Veliu, Haki Rugova have not been elected deputy chairmans already that the party is under the direction of Isa Mustafa.
