This is how this court has enabled the Constitutional Court's ruling in Pristina of 13,03.2021, under which the defendant must remain in custody until 12.04.2021.
He is suspected by the Special Prosecution, that he has committed criminal work “The signing of free voter definition” by Article 210 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
The Court of Appeals estimated that there is a legal basis for the appointment of a high degree, since there is a conviction based on the fact that he has committed the criminal acts he is suspected of, and there are also specific circumstances that make him confident that by being found in freedom, he can prevent the normal course of criminal procedure or influence evidence or witnesses. The court finds that applying any other softer measures is not appropriate at this stage.
