The Republic of Kosovo's Special Procury <x0) reports the opinion that during yesterday's (09 March 2021) day, it has banned two people with the initials A.K. and S. M, due to the suspicion that the same acts have been committed by “The use of official duty during the elections”, by Article 211 and “Decination or taking bribes in connection with voting” by Article 212 of KPR.
Likewise, the state prosecutor during the day will apply for the appointment of the detention measure for the two upper persons due to the suspicion that the same works have been performed as superior.

This prosecution action comes after reports in the media and after charges by various candidates for MPs that there have been voting parties.
