Today, the Ministry of Justice in the quality of the Law map has sent legal opinion to the Anti-Corruption Agency.
The purpose of this Legal Opinion is to know of the right way in implementing the Law to prevent conflict of interest in the exercise of public office, namely, its 13th article, which prohibits the payment rewards of senior officials and has not yet been implemented.
Given that despite this ban, top officials have again been rewarded with payment as members of the governing bodies where they were members, the Ministry of Justice as sponsor has taken action to implement this Law.
