On some TV presentations, he has stated that he also remembers the 1981 demonstrations, writes Periscope. However, it is not believed that there was an active role in them.
As for political activity, Mr. Kurti, though portrayed as a new politician, actually has a political commitment of more than two decades.
Since 1998 he was involved in student organisations, and then in the KLA office in Pristina, which called on the Rambouillet Agreement not to be signed.
