Albania's government allows use of Russian, Chinese vaccines

Through a normative act of March 12th, the Council of Ministers has adopted several changes in the previous act, with additional certificate bodies approved of countries producing anti-Convid 19 vaccines and their use in the population.
The inclusion of other certificate bodies also paves the way for other vaccines, such as Russian and Chinese vaccines. This change comes after two ministers, health and reconstruction were given green light to negotiate and provide vaccines from countries that have produced and certified them within their territory.
“Anti-Vaxins - CO VID 19 are approved for use in the population based on the approvals of the Food andDrugs Administration of the United States of America (FDA), or European Medicine Agency (EMA) of the European Union or other certificate troops of countries producing anti-optimination vaccines - CO VID 19” is written in the government's normative act.
This forecast in the norm act paves the way for negotiating the taking of vaccines -- Sputnik Vʹ from Russia and the '%Sinovac and Sinofarm from China.
This normative act constitutes a change in policy followed by the Albanian government for providing anti-opulation vaccines - CO VID.
Earlier, Prime Minister Rama, but also Minister Manastirliu, had stated several times that they were working to provide only vaccines that are certified by the FDA in the US and EMA in Europe.
Currently, Albania has launched the vaccine process since early January thanks to the doses that have been donated, but the rest that have been taken thanks to the contract with deprivedr.
The process has so far moved at a very fast pace, while the next day, 38 400 doses of the vaccine's first 38 400 doses of Altraceneca.
