Former Albanian Pantina (Details) sentenced

According to the trial pronounced by Judge Isuf Makolli, the accused Pantina was sentenced to 400 euros in unlicensed weapons penalty, while to 6 months in prison on bail for assaulting the official person during the official duty, reports the “Justice Bettim”.
The indictment against her was declared after the initial review held Monday, where after reading the indictment by Victory Prosecutor Sadiki, accused Pantina was found guilty.
The same was also charged at the cost of the procedure.
According to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act of August 11, 2016, Shqip Pantina is accused of having on February 27, 2016, about 16:30, in the Assembly Hall of the Republic of Kosovo, unauthorizedly possessed a tear gas bomb, which has attempted to turn it on in the seat where it was sitting near its parliamentary group, and the same has been confiscated by police.
With this, Pantina is accused of committing criminal work “retaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, by Article 374, paragraph 1 of KPRK.
According to the second device of the indictment, with date, time and place the same as in the first device, the defendant attacked the official persons, police officers Valdete Gubetini and Fikritje Rasica, who were on official duties, until the injured were trying to get the defendant to get the tear gas tank out of his hand, with cases of injured police Valdet Gubetini causing slight bodily injuries.
On that, she is accused of committing criminal work “Attack on the official person during the performance of official task”, by Article 410, paragraph 2 concerning KPRK paragraph 1.
