The Health Ministry has announced that 2794 tests have been conducted in Albania in the last 24 hours, resulting in positive 472 citizens and 13 others have lost the battle with dangerous disease.

Mostly new cases have been confirmed in Tirana 140, rich from Shkodra and Fier, with 28 Durres 27, Gjirokastra 17, Korca and Kukes with 14 etc.

In the last 24 hours, 567 citizens have been healed, bringing the number of cures to 87,760.

Currently in the COVID hospitals in Tirana and three regional hospitals are treating 340 patients, 19 in intensive therapy, of which 8 patients are involved.

Despite the efforts of the medical staff, 13 citizens have lost their battle with COVID-19: seven citizens from Tirana, two citizens from Elbasan, two citizens from Lushnja, a citizen from Durres, a citizen from Shijak, aged 67-78.

Since the outbreak of the coronary epidemic in Albania has confirmed 122,767 positive cases, 87.760 have healed, 32.823 are active cases, while the battle with dangerous disease has lost 2,184 people.
