The charge has been filed against five people for the murder of 24-year-old B.Q. in Ferizaj.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, the Department of Serious Crimes, has announced through communiqué that the indictment has been filed against L.M., A.B., E.B., R.J., and M.A.
“According to the indictment, defendant L.M., on September 04th 2020, in Ferizaj, has deliberately deprived the deceased B.Q.'s life now, and in that case has threatened the life of the affected A.L., with which he committed the criminal work “The heavy death” from Article 173 paragraph 1, submultation 1.5 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK). While defendants A.B. and E.B. have participated in the beating, which has resulted in the death of the late B.Q. now, punching it into various parts of the body that in co-ordination carried out the criminal work “Taking a beating from Article 187 paragraph 1 over Article 31 of KPRK. In contrast, R.J. Pandur, with the same date, time and place, has seriously run the damaged A.L., with which he committed criminal work “Canos” from Article 181 paragraph 1 of KPRC. Likewise, the same fact despite the fact that he was aware of the identity of perpetrators of criminal and criminal acts, such a fact has not been reported to competent bodies, with which he committed criminal work “the non-recognition of criminal acts or their perpetrators<8> from Article 378 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.1 of KPRK. While the defendant M.A. has deliberately helped defendants L.M., A.B., E.B., avoid detection and failure to arrest the prosecution organs, by what means did the criminal work “Office of Chiefs after carrying out criminal acts, from Article 380 paragraphs 2,pregraphy 2.1 concerning KPRC paragraph 1x10>, says the media communique.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the establishment of the indictment has proposed to the court that the defendants be found guilty and condemned according to the law, for criminal acts to be charged with.
