The chairman of the Podujevo branch in LDK, Agim Veliu, has said the process of electing LDK chairman is going well.
I believe the process is going well. There are three candidates who have received the right to run from the LDK Assembly to vote for LDK chairman. Everything so far is fine”.
He in Klan Kosovo has not indicated who is favoured among the three candidates in the race for the first of the Democratic League of Kosovo.
“We at the LDK branch have not talked about favourite names. We have talked about the process and committed the process to normal flow and the LDK branch to hold the LDK course. Everyone has a candidate they prefer. Each delegate to the LDK Assembly has a candidate that prefers it. And I certainly have one that I prefer”, he said.
He indirectly stinged Vjosa Osmani, saying it is not correct to be on one political party and flirt with another.
We as leaders don't believe we made mistakes. Once again, if we returned, we would surely make the decisions we have made. We thought those decisions were in favour of the LDK. We've committed ourselves to protecting our home. The LDK, and a number of us are committed to strengthening the LDK and not flirting with other political subjects. It is not correct to be on a political subject and secretly flirt with other political subjects”.
