Kosovo National Institute of Public Health ( The IKSCK reports that there are currently 11,000 and 379 active cases in the country with COVID-19.
“over the last 24 hours, at the Medieval Microbiology Laboratory in IKSCK and private labs with RT- PCR, as well as private and public labs with the RRA method, have tested a total of 4,388 samples taken by SSCKUK and tracking ground-related contacts, with which 709 positive cases result. Within 24 hours, eight cases of SARS deaths were reported CoV-2 positive. Death cases are from municipalities: Gjilan 2 cases (74, 60), Pristina 2 cases (89, 76), Kacanik 1 case (76), Podujevo 1 case (70), Rahovec 1 case (62), Skenderaj 1 case (64). The total number of positive cases is 79,089 cases out of 366,574 suspected persons in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 1,731 cases of death. During the last 24 hours, 385 patients have been cured until the total number of cures to date is 65,979 cases, while the number of active cases is 11,379”, reportedly in the latest IKAK report.
The positive cases are from the municipalities: Pristina 242 cases, Gjilan 61 cases, Fushe-Kosovo 60 cases, Peja 51 cases, Gjakova 41 cases, Kamenica 41 cases, Mitrovica 35 cases, Ferizaj 33 cases, Podujevo 18 cases, year 18 cases, Obilic 16 cases, Vushtrri 12 cases, Skenderaj 11 cases, Prizren 10 cases, Suhareka 10 cases, Drinas 9 cases, Lipjan 9 cases, Istog 6 cases, Novoberde 6 cases, Cllin 5 cases, Rahovec, 5 cases, 4 cases, Subakan, 4 cases, and a municipality of Kak and Kaklo.
