“42-year-old who was killed is state prosecutor” victim, Pristina Prosecutor's Office reacts

At the conference, 42-year-old was said to be the victim of the neglect of Kosovo institutions, the State Prosecutor, respectively.
In her response, the prosecution has described false claims to statements said at the IKD conference, while reportedly the State Prosecutor is and will remain open to co-operate and accept any professional criticism from civil society.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reacts to the Kosovo Institute for Justice (IKD) over claims that “The Founding Procurory in Pristina, with no action violated Sebahate Sopin” in his life.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, during yesterday's day, on 16,03.2021, has detailed through the media communiqué, announced the opinion of the company of all necessary procedural actions regarding the case; attached find the communiqué for the media (https://kopocy-rks.org/p news/6541).
Once again we ensure that the prosecution, based on its competencies and authorisations, has taken all necessary legal action in handling this case with professionalism and efficiency.
Therefore, claims raised by the Kosovo Institute for Justice (IKD) are completely untrue and based on any paperwork of this case.
The State Attorney is and will remain open to co-operate and accept any professional criticism from civil society, but will always expose such unstable, unprofessional and biased claims aimed at harming labour, image and creating citizens' distrust in the State Prosecutor's Institute.
