Analyst Visar Ymer has said that Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osmani must understand that recognition and dialogue cannot achieve without the United States, the Periscope broadcast.
They did not show that they know the report could most be affected if Kosovo and Serbia are not in line with the US. They said we'd put in reciprocity, but they wouldn't accept it, the U.S.A., Umer said in Debat Plus.
They're saying that you want to stop the dialogue. It's fact. Prime Minister and Osman should understand because they weren't knowing until tonight, that dialogue and recognition can't even reach it on their own. EP RISCOP/
