This created meteorological situation comes as a result of high - pressure atmospheric air pressure measures.
Kosovo's Hydrometeorological Institute warns that today's morning will be with light frosts, but in mountain areas, frost remains stable in the early hours of the day.
Minimum temperatures will move between -1 and 3 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is projected to move between 13-17 degrees Celsius.
The wind will blow from the southwestern and northwest direction at a speed of 15m/s.
