Washington deal must be implemented by future government

Aware of the political circumstances in the country are considering the future government to be formed after the February 14th elections must implement the Washington Agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. That, according to them, would show the country's seriousness over international arrangements and obligations. But they appreciate that the official stance of administration should also be expected [...]
Violet Hajoli from the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI) says of Kosova Preis that Washington's pledges should be dealt with seriously, since otherwise, it would not be known how this would reflect in the international arena.
The “Zaconally every state when it enters international arrangements, agreements, or vows like Washington's accords are called, then it is up to that state how it wants to reflect in the international arena, to show its seriousness as a state in relation to the international obligations it makes. The same is true of Washington's deal... I believe leaders in Kosovo should seriously respond to their commitments, to Washington's agreement, to seriously address those pledges that have been taken and act in this direction as a serious state that fulfills its constitutional obligations”, she says.
The overall implementation of this agreement is demanding political connoisseur Ramush Tahiri, who says Washington's pledges are good for Kosovo and should be implemented as a whole.
Kosovo is entitled to harmonise with the policy of the European Union and the United States of America, but not to go to the opinion with random statements and statements and assessments. I'm seeing them now that they're saying that only this Israel recognition is valid from Washington's agreement, but they also rejected that recognition. Washington's agreement must be implemented in all, it is good for Kosovo. People are catching only half a segment and criticising”, he says.
But whether Washington's agreement is implemented or not, Violet Hojoll says it is also dependent on the support the Biden administration may have regarding this agreement.
How the new government to be elected will treat it depends on the support, or the approach Washington will have towards this agreement. We have only received the first signals from the Biden administration that they support the agreement that has been reached on 4 September in Washington. Now we have to wait for the future actions of the Biden administration to deal with this agreement.
While incumbent Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti said the Washington agreement cannot be rejected.
The decisions I've taken are no one who disputes them. They are decisions of state importance, imagine whether Washington's agreement will be found or the decisions I've made to establish order and law... all these are banners for campaigning without any content”, he added the day before for the media.
Washington's agreement was signed at the White House under the Trump administration on September 4th. Some of the pledges of this agreement have not yet been implemented, until today the new US president, Joe Biden, asked for mutual recognition with Kosovo, his Serbian counterpart, Aleksandar Vuciq.
