With a holiday ceremony, Prime Minister Hoti hosted Israel's Minister of Jastim and signed the agreement to formalise full diplomatic relations. But is another commitment involving stopping the campaign to recognise [the] independence being implemented?
The Washington Agreement was signed on September 4th 2020 at the White House, and one of the most favourable pledges for Kosovo was also the one urging Serbia to halt the campaign of gratitude immediately.
A large number of states have recognised our country in the past two years, even as a result of blocking Kosovo-led dialogue. Serbia following an aggressive diplomatic campaign by the Serbian state.

And, in Washington's agreement, there was a pledge saying that Kosovo would halt its membership efforts in international organisations, simultaneously with Serbia that should stop its appreciative campaign.
Since 4 September 2020 and so far, no country has refused recognition of Kosovo's independence until Kosovo has managed to gain Israel's recognition.
VV candidate Albin Kurti had openly declared that he would not respect the Washington Agreement, naming only its final point as positive despite the pledge to stop the campaign, the point for the unconscious and other points of economic investment. /Periscope
