The following is the full announcement:
Instructions for all travelers travelling from Germany to Kosovo and vice versa: Obligation for pre-traveling (new) testing entry from Kosovo to Germany ++
++ Kosovo has even further been classified as a high-risk region for COVID-19. If you have stayed in a high - risk region within the last 10 days of your trip, you are worth it:
• TESTING: Travelers, who in the last 10 days before their entry trip to Kosovo, must present a negative result of testing for COVID-19, which must have been done no less than 48 hours before entering Germany.
• REGIFFECTION HOURS: Before the trip, you must register on the U.S.A.R.
• PICTURE OF IZOLIM: After entering Germany you must immediately settle at your destination, there basically you are subject to quarantine/self-isolation 10-day. Important: The obligation for isolation can no longer be replaced with a test done before, or shortly after entering Germany, but can only be cut short by a negative result of a COVID-19 test, made most of it on the fifth day of quarantine (Strategia two tests).
• Important: The isolation rules do not mean removal, or easing of limited travel measures, conditioned by COVID-19.
++ Please be informed about the restrictions on travel that apply to Kosovo:
• Currently, foreign subjects from the countries, which from the ECDC are classified as „high-risk seats“, in the case of travelling to Kosovo, should present a negative test for COVID-19 (Test PCR, whose sample was taken mostly 72 hours before travel). This is also true of travelers from Germany.
• Kosovar citizens, regardless of settlement, are obliged to present a current negative test for the V prior to the entry trip. OCID-19 (Test PCR, whose sample has been taken mostly 72 hours before travel), or submit to a 7-day self-isolation/caterantin.
++ Federal Foreign Ministry further warns of avoiding unnecessary travel to high-risk regions. If, however, you plan to travel, be sure to take care that German travel documents, such as passports, IDs, or your residence permit title, are sufficiently valid, even if your return trip is postponed without predicting. Because of the customer circulation restrictions caused by pandemic, demand for and issuing substitute travel documents from the embassy can eventually last longer than usual.
Please be informed about the precise rules and restrictions of public life dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic in the federal republic that is your destination.
