The ambassadors had taken their place, and the session was expected to begin.

But, such a thing on November 7th 2001 in Pristina's Municipal Assembly Hall, did not happen.

The reason for this was a statement by former municipal adviser Nusret Plana, for Serbian Asamblist, Trajko Slavkovic.

And this Plaana denouncing, he shocked international residents in the hall.

Even now, when two decades of this has passed, Nusret Plana himself, for T7, has shown the background of the whole event.

And harsh response to that, according to Plaana, was by the international administrator of the Pristina municipality, Siegfried Brenke.

But, Nusret Plana, also remembers in detail the reaction of Trajko Slavkovic, when he publicly accused him of war crimes.

Meanwhile, outside the Pristina municipality, ready to testify, were waiting for the victims' families.

These had made almost every evidence, which clearly stated that Trajko Slavkovic was involved in the murders of their families.

Ejup Reka, from Upper Brrnica, recalls the day that Slavkovic's unit, according to him, killed six family members.

According to Rekes, his house was originally attacked by grenade and called out.

Meanwhile, six family members from Trajko Slavkovic's unit said they were also killed by Jakup Berisha from the village of Sisheva.

Berisha also relates a conversation he had with international prosecutor Carla Del Ponte, right before the bodies of family members killed when they were being subjected to obstruction.

And after the indictment and intervention of the victims' families, Trajko Slavkovic, was taken by the internationals and had been sent to Serbia after several days.

But from that day on, nobody knows what happened to him, and the same so far, was not tried by any court, despite both Reka and Berisha, for Slavkovic's crimes, also testified at The Hague Tribunal.
