Not only that, Rama and Kurteshi are accusing CEC chief Valdete Daka and other members of failing to change the deadline.
A video from the CEC meeting on January 7th reveals the two VV members. Both are seen voting for the CEC's operational plan, which sets February 12th as the final date for reaching votes via mail at the CEC fah.
Despite that, at today's CEC meeting they have rejected this date by again seeking its change, because they think it is illegal.
This is not the first time the two VV members have changed their position on the vote. Rama and Kurteshi had backed the CEC's decision to verify applicants abroad by calling them, but they had rejected him the next day.
According to the CEC, the reason why February 12th is the deadline when the CEC's ballots should be accepted is because this is why it is put in the election law.
