There's just 19 of them that the data hasn't been broadcast on the website yet, and maybe that's why there's some uncertainty. We need to stress that the ballot counting process at the site was completed last night, so, on Sunday, hours after the voting process was completed”, Elesi told Klan Kosova.
He added that votes for MPs' candidates have been counted and the results will be disclosed with the announcement of the final outcome of this process.
