According to the CEC, only 8.30 per cent, or 145,650 voters from the total 1 million and 794 thousand and 862, have used their right to vote.
In the October 6th elections, 2019, according to the Central Election Commission, the voting echo until 11: 00 p.m. was 174 thousand and 669 voters, or 9.64 percent.
In the 2014 parliamentary elections, by 11:00, according to the CEC, 168 thousand of 616 voters or 9.46% of voters had voted.
Three years later, in the June 2017 elections, according to the Central Election Commission by 11:00, a total of 150 thousand and 244 voters had voted, at the rate of 8.45 percent.
